Whether company can take satisfactory letter from employees after their increment?

There is no such requirement. By signing the copy of the increment letter the employee confirms his/her acceptance on the revised salary and the same can be considered as acceptance letter. If you try to collect increment satisfactory letter from employees you might face hardship as satisfying all 100% will not be possible as self contentment will not be there with employees.
Nowadays employees expects increment based on their volume of loan commitments and not on their performance based.
