how to make request to HR Manager for Accommodato & transportation Allowance
currently i m living in Company Accommodation and using cmmpamy Transportation
coz i m planning to bring my family here in UAE and i will rent my own accommodation & transportation .
plz help some one tpye a write a good letter for me.

hi Amin,
In GCC, there us no need for any fancy letters.Just write down in simple words what you need and submi them.
If you have a family status given by your company and your "Work visa catergory" is approved by UAE labor act as good for "Family" and your "Salary" is approved as minimum to maintain a family here, you company will approve your request.

there are many website for such request. please do try them by "goggling" your need. Besides, most company have their own internal formats for all such issues. Check with your HR dept. If they don't have one. here is a sample as helper for you:

Subject: Approval for bringing Family
Dear Sir,
I, Mr. ______, have been working in your organisation since _____ as __________.
Having now settled in my job and well versed with culture of UAE, I would like to bring my family and in this context I would appreciate if management give me the required approval and also provide me the support/assistances to obtain my family visa.
Note : (mentioned "as per my contract" in above senetence, if you have one). Otherwise "I would bear all the cost for bringing my family, which may be deducted from my Salary".)
I look forward to your support as always.

PS: You will have to make a seperate Request for "Live-Out", so that you can get your HRA and "TA" (if you don't want to use company transportation), after you get the family here.
