Dear Sumit,
i will not discuss why you opted for MBA opeartions and why you are willing to switch to H.R.
To any one it is not simply digestive,But for core indusstries where competence matrix is predefined for various specialisations as HR,Mrktns etc they cant accept MBA operations profile as an option for MBA H.R.,But still u r serious about HR job start searching job ehere you can come acctoss HR department & functions and take pracyical knowledge rated to HR topics, law etc, meanwhile you can also do diploma in HR management to support your HR experience,if possible you can go for MBA specialsation in HR for best and desired career in HR.
Best wihes.

My suggestion is that you should take up a project on 'Efficiency improvement through automation of HR Operations' during your MBA program. In addition to introducing you to HR terminology & various aspects of HR operations, you will get an opportunity to understand how the business output is co-related to manpower efficiency.
Once you get such an exposure, you will a valuable resource for any organization
