Please use the search facility here at CiteHR to find all the previous posts on the subject of employee manuals, HR policies etc. This question is asked every week and there are many posts on the matter. You may not find exactly what you want, but there are many examples from which you can use to create new documents based on teh requirements of YOUR organisation.
None of us work for your organisation, so we cannot provide you with the documents you need. They have to be written for your company's policies and procedures.
