As per latest notification attached by Sumit Kumar, it is not yet declared to be implemented the enhancement in wage ceiling. The attached notification is for inviting suggestions etc. and not order to implement the change.
I request all to wait for final notification regarding implementation and not to post the same notification again and again.

Still there is not clear notification for implementing the increase in wage ceiling limit. The implementation date should be explicitly mentioned in the Gazette notification. We are viewing only the draft notification for suggestions. Pl. wait till final notification comes.

Dear Sumit,
The Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India has issued the notification on October 6, 2016 asking for suggestions within one month on the proposed enchantment of salary limit from Rs.15,000 to 21.000. Those suggestions shall be examined by the Ministry and thereafter a final gazette notification shall be issued mentioning the date of its implementation.

Hi, The official notification is still awaited with the implementation date, Let us wait for the same. According to specialist, The implementation date may change instead of eff. October’16.
