Can any body help me to how to calculate ESI .Employee ESI contribution calculated on gross amount right in this gross calculation includes O.T amount or not

Under Section 2(22), read along with case law Assistant Regional Director V Model Mill Nagpur, the following makes any payment in cash wages for ESI calculation :-
1) It must be remuneration
2) Payable in cash
3) In lieu of Fulfillment of conditions of contract of employment
So overtime wages are also included for calculation. for all case laws
