I work as a Senior Service Engineer in a Japanese MNC. I have a working experience of more than 5.5 Years in the same field. I've done ITI (Refrigeration) and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
I want to know can some body provide me organisation structure in technical field to check what can i become after promotion with my qualification and experience. ?
Does Team Leader in my profession is a senior position than Senior Engineer. ?

Organization structure varies from company to company.
There is no uniform rule for promotion that is applicable for all companies.
One way is to find out from your class mates or from your friends who work in similar companies.
Whether team leader is senior depends on your Organization structure.
