If my UAN account contains only my bank account details submitted by my previous employer and no aadhaar no., can I withdraw my EPF money using new Form19 (UAN) and Form10c(UAN)? or aadhar linking is mandatory?

Dear Modip,
Now UAN no. is mandatory for PF withdrawl. Not accepted any withdrawl form by the EPF dept without UAN no., they will reject your form. So you must contact your employer / HR Deptt. to allot your UAN no. and mark it to on your withdrawl form then submit it.
Another thing now no needed to attest your forms and your documents with your employer. Your withdrawl form and documents will be self attested, and may be you may get problem to clear your dues for 10 C (pensiob fund) coz of as per earlier instructions released by Govt. Dept.

Linking of Aadhar number is not mandatory There was a Supreme Court order followed by a circular from PF to that effect

Dear Rakesh,
Thank you for your reply!
My UAN has already been activated. The issue is my aadhar no. is not linked with my UAN account. Although, my bank acc. no. is linked and approved by the employer. Can I use new form 19 (uan) for withdrawal of my PF money in this case?

Dear Modip,
You can update your KYC details including aadhaar No. etc by yourself after login under employee portal of EPF website. All you need to create a login ID (ie. your UAN no. will be your user ID) and password. While regisitering with EPF website provide a correct mobile no to receive OTP for UAN employee login activation. After login you can also submit your claim online. Keep update your previous employer to approve for settlement with in 15 days from date of Lodging your withdrawal or transfer claim.
Hope this will help you!
