Hi Smita,
I agree with Ruhi. I also suggest you to go with Symbiosis.
As i have also done MBA in HR from Symbiosis and as much i heard most of the people suggest for SCDL.
In DLP Symbiosis is best. It's a 2 years course and exams +assignments all are online so you can appear exams any time in your course validity period on the availability of time slots.
Rest the decision is yours
All the best

Narsee Monjee institute Mumbai and SBDL are not AICTE Approved, So far as Distance learning is concerned they are approved by Distance Education Council (DEC, Govt. of India).
Welingkars course was Autonomous, but recently it got DEC approval.
U can attend the course on sundays as a parttime student.
In reputation NIMS is good, but industry recognises courses of walingkar as it recognises NIMS.
I feel, you can do a certified recruitment Course from
Confluence Certified Recruiter
or
HRHOUSE

This will so that you have updated yourself in recruitment.

Secondly, do a 1 year diploma from NIMS or Welingkar.
Your experience will keep you moving ahead with this certifications.

Take your own decision as your heart says
donot be confused. Dont be get confused about recognitions, distance programes are not AICTE approved.

The link is here....
HR HOUSE <link updated to site home>
They will give you certification only.
With MBA(finance) you are doing HR job, so experience you have got.
IF you want to know the subjects in detail you can go for diploma.
Certifications are now getting importance in MNC's.
Since you are in corporate HR, I would advice as follows
1) If job profile includes T&D, do PG in T&D
2) If You really want to make a diffrence do NCFM ( Corporate Governance) you can visit nse website,
3) Certifications.
Why I am suggesting NCFM, how it linked with HR is question can be asked
Now see Corporate HR with Corporate Governance Cerificate, will give an impression that you are updating yourself with big scenerio of concept like M&A, employee stock option plan, and corporate governance which is actually a function of hr manager with other departments involment.
Takecare, take your hearts decision.
