please say can i get my ESI amount i am pay in organisation after my resignation.
i am paying 1.75% in my gross and from employer side 4.75% i don't know can i get my amount back ...........................
or other wise how can i utilizes the amount i am paying to esi(employee state insurance)
please it bit urgent.

Hi,
Please note that the amount is paid to ESIC for a service and it is not a depository fund like PF. So there is no question of getting the money back.
You can avail medical services for yourself,spouse,children and dependant parents from ESIC apart from other facilities.
