I am now doing a promotion and increment program for my company. Could anyone advise me on the below matters?
1. Do you have any promotion criteria for each position (i.e. staff, officer, leader, chief, manager, etc). When do you apply it? once per yr or special case?
2. How often do you conduct the performance evaluation per yr? once or twice per yr? or quarterly? Does it link to the annual increment?
3. Which criteria do you base on to increase wages/salary? (up and down market prices? or Consumtion Price Index (CPI)? or something else?)
