Hi All, I want to know what would be the role of HR in US HR activities? Do they handle contracts also. FYI it's a US IT staffing Firm and role is HR Generalist. I would really appreciate if any one could sort it out. Further I am expecting your valuable reply on this. Thanks in advance.
