Good morning, I have joined TN government organization as Assistant System Analyst for ONE year contract basis( Extendable) on May 01, 2017. My salary was paid by Consultancy.I worked for 4months(120 days) and took maternity leave for 4 months from September 2017. Whether am eligible for MB Act 2017??? If yes , How to claim paid salary and extend my leave?? While at the time of leave permission, Admin instructed "U will rejoin, only if vacancy available? Its a purely government oriented service sector.
