Normally the jobprofile is the consideration for Junior / Senior Management
Profile with least amount of decision making would be Junior Management Position
Executives / Asst Managers are normally into this category
Profile with moderate level of decision making would be Middle Management Position
Managers / Sr. Managers are normally into this category
Profile with high level of strategic decision making would be Sr. Management Position
General Managers / VP / CEO fall under this category
But still to define, job profile is most important factor
