A generalist HR profile, the person in the position will be responsible for the following:
- Recruitments - IT and Non-IT across all levels
- Issue offer, appointment, termination and relieving letters
- Handle induction and joining process of new employees
- Maintain employee relations and ensure grievances are resolved ASAP
- Assist Manager HR in performance appraisals
- Get involved in payroll and attendance management
- Assist Branch Manager in day-to-day administration
- Give inputs in update and formulation of HR and company policies
- Graduate/PG with specialisation in HR
- In-depth understanding of various HR functions and systems
- At least one year of HR Generalist experience
- Background in IT and non-IT recruitments
- Burning desire to excel in HR
- Excellent command over English with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to handle stress and give results
- Sense of ownership towards work and company
