But there are som employees who are facing travelling issues reaching home late due to less bus availability. Not now our director is saying already many leavage was provided check how big mnc or other startup, callcenters are managing their employees 9-6 schedule there is no flexibility or leave early from office. Can anybody tell me if your office has started what flexibility your company is giving you if staying far.

Dear Member,
Your employees issue of facing difficulty can be empathized but you see that business would only stand, if we all support it. There were days when business not operated at all or with reduced working hours but most of the business have supported their employees by not cutting their salaries.
However, you may convince employees to start 8 a.m and end by 5 p.m in the alternative for the Corona time.
Hope this may find some convenience for them to reach home timely.

Our office is working full time and people are coming to work on time.
In view of the fact that trains are not working still in mumbai, we are not being strict about the arrival time. However, that means we are ok with people being 10 -15 min late, not an hour late.

The director should be a little flexible. But then it is a fact that in india, flexibility is generally misused.
