This is what I want for now:
a) Salary structure - I know how much I need to pay (net take home) based on industry standards, but what I want is a breakdown of basic/HRA/medical/LTA, etc. I need two salary structures for now.
b) Incentives - minimum and maximum that can be rolled out based on the structure on a monthly/quarterly/6-monthly basis.
c) Content for appointment letters or consulting partners - I can share a few more insights on the phone.

My views on your query:
1. You are interested in framing a Remuneration Structure based on net take-home and industry standards. The Remuneration structure is usually based on gross salary and CTC. If the earnings are taxable, it is not possible for any employer to judge the individual ITAX savings pattern. Industry standards depend on factors such as similar type of industry, local standards, All India standard, etc., for benchmarking.
2. You are also interested in framing an incentive scheme - it may be profit-related, based on individual performance, linked to productivity, or a combination of many, along with the disbursement mode.
3. Content of the Appointment Letter/Consulting Partners - It depends on the objective of the nature of the business, which you have not mentioned along with your future growth plan.
It is also essential to assess the actual number of employees properly (you have mentioned 6 at present) - any other contractual employees such as a sweeper, office boy, security, etc., because coverage under ESIC as of now is 10 employees and PF is 20 employees, including contractual employees.
I suggest you discuss with someone first to frame the basic need properly and then proceed with the project with anyone you like.
