I have a little confusion I wants to know is Internationational Employees are covered or not in EPS , As per my knowledge if Any Employee who become member from 1st September 2014 will not cover in EPS , But I dont have any circular copy only on internet I got thgis information,
So please if someone have circular please give me ,

the amendment was only for domestic employees, rules stands same for international workers as earlier.

You may be right and all of us are right but without documents how can we justify the same , If you have read my post I have used the word confusion because I dont have legal document for the same.
I had search a lot but received only EY Notification and one more thing in EPFO E return tool data entry detail, but PF is asking for any notification or signatured documents,
As you are asking about Gazette Notification than please help me search out to it as I have given my lot of effort but no result I found.
