Dear Experts, There are several queries on PF International Workers. Please update if any recent changes. At present there is no "cap" on ceiling limit applicable for Expats PF amount. Any one please upload full notes on it.

Dear PBS Kumar,
There are no changes in IW wages. EPF wages without cap means there is no cap of Rs. 15000/- for EPF or EPS. Basic plus DA what ever amount comes will be PF wages and 12% MC 8.33 % EPS and 3.67% CC will be deducted and paid to RPFC.
IF the IW member is from the country with whom SSA is signed, and is carrying COC ( Certificate of Coverage ) from his country, PF will not be deducted.
