We are hire an Employee form U.K and their age above 58 year. Now Here Problem is that can i deduct PF Contribution in their Salary ?
If We deduct than please address me here which rule are apply ?

Why do you want so much complication on the issue. Please do not declare it as salary. Instead you can tell it as Honorarium, in which you will deduct only TDS Part and balance you can directly pay to him. Further do not tell that he is your employee. He is your adviser / consultant. After 58 years what work he can do except giving valuable advice to run your show.
