Dear All,
We are planning to open New office at Delhi location which will be on rental basis. The employee strength will be around 2 Nos. who will be taking care of our Sales activities at Delhi.
I would like to know whether Shops & establishment license would be required for our Delhi office. In addition any other separate codes for PF, ESI, Profession Tax, etc are required OR it is not compulsory?
Please advise
Best Regards
Arun

There was no registration for license under shops and establishment act. You have to approach corporation to get registered for professional tax. This is compulsory to be paid to corporation.
If your establishment's employees strength is more than 10, you are required to register yourself for ESIC. If strength exceeded 20, you are also required to register for EPF.
