Hi Sulbha Kumar,
In general you can find lots of behavioral training programs just by searching in google. But to be specific for your organisation, you need to share few more details,
1. Who are the target audience?
2. what is the need for training ?
3. Any particular skills you want your audience to enhance

Dear Ms Sulbha Kumar,

This is in addition to what Sanjib Kumar Jena has said.

There are large number of topics in the field of behavioural training. However, what is important to decide what you want from this training. What is greatest issue in your company? Is it interpersonal environment or conflict or professionalism amongst the managers?

It is not just a question of conducting training, but we need to measure its effectiveness also. Therefore, we should be clear about ROI and how we will measure it. Otherwise there are queries on this forum, where members have raised queries on measurement of ROI after the training.

In the course of my trainings to various clients, I have handled clients from infra or real estate companies also. I have trained Project Managers of one Infra and Real Estate giant. It was on "Leadership and Motivation". Click the hyperlink to know more about this programme. In addition to this, I have trained 200+ procurement professionals of one-time giant Infra company. Therefore, overall I know dynamics of the real estate industry. Feel free to contact me to know which training will suit your company most.

Thanks,

Dear Sulbha Kumar,

Greetings.

You mentioned that your is a renowned Construction & Real Estate Company. I would appreciate if you could be a little extra vocal to mention briefly your line of business. Actually lots depend on it since of a Construction Company 70% staff are of Technical stream (Civil, Structural, Marine, Industrial Construction, Highways-Bridges-Flyovers, High Rise Structures like Chimneys & Silos, Other Commercial and Residential Construction, QA/QC etc.) and a meager 30% is of Commercial Support (HR/Admin, Stores, F&A, Costing, Purchase & Logistics). It has been seen in Behavioral Training Modules for Staff in a Construction Company that they are hardly ready for training. Besides, in all Construction Companies Process Flow (of work) are neither innovative nor is dynamic. All companies have their established method of Process Control with low output percentage and margin.

Believe me that it would need a real thrust to move away from the established system. in fact, Construction Demography if considered found revolving around 1) low and frequently changing labour supply, 2) demand and growing dissatisfaction among the employee, 3) Use of old, over used and unmaintained Plants & Equipment 4) Technical & Commercial knowledge up-gradation and the list continues.

I hope one would agree that there are lots of other important issues which be considered before considering Psychological and Behavioral upliftment of Employees.

I am sorry to have put a negative comment on your Thread but am sure if you concentrate into the text above, you would feel like suggesting your employer otherwise.

Best Regards
