by the way one of my frend took the IELTS for thrice(was going to tutorials ) and missed by .5 , he wants to migrate to australia , the overall band he has to score is 28 i.e, 7 bands in each topic.
could u pls suggest a good tutorial , also some tips n suggestions n some more details , previous year ?n papers. He has exams on DEC 5
