I would like to know how to integrate IELTS and soft skills
For an instance In IELTS we have LRSW ie Listening, Reading , Speaking and Writing so in htese four components i am introducing Assertioveness in Speaking and i need to know in the rest of the three what soft skills can be aded , Please treat this very urgent ...........

Dear Fathima,
Interpersonal skills are just more than Listening and Speaking however, you can add them. In speaking you can add Questioning skills also.
But you may reverse your approach. Finally listening, reading, speaking etc these are all parts of Communication skills. Give emphasis on communication skills as a whole rather than giving separate attention to these modules.
When we do physical exercise we do it for the complete well-being of our body and not to build our hand or other muscles. Jogging, aerobics, Yoga are all part of the physical exercise.
Possibly you got the point what I would like to say.
