Dear Friends,
I have prepared the JD questionnaire. Now I want to know that should I give it to the employees and ask them to fill it themselves or should I go to them and fill it myself. Which is the right procedure of doing this. Thanks,

Can you share the JD questionnaire that you have prepared.
Ideally the JD writing fits in one of the steps in the process mentioned below:
-Once the KRAs are set departmentally its then KPIs are set
- Considering the bandwidth of the that department, one sets out recruitment requirements
- Manpower planning starts where budget is set, job analysis is done and based on KRAs and KPIs received from departmental heads, HR prepares the JD for the to-be recruited profiles
- And then the recruitment cycle starts. JD is shared with the potential candidates during first rounds of interviews and with selected candidates again during their induction
Just to highlight; JD, KPIs forms the base of performance management. Hence it is best not leave it on the employees to fill in, it is HR who needs to prepare JD way in the beginning of the recruitment.
Good luck!
