Good day, everyone. May I ask for an assistance regarding Brand Positioning? I was told to research on it and I currently am on the middle of some research. However, I reckon that it is also wiser and better to ask from respected individuals and experts regarding HR matter. I am actually new in the company and we are just starting up. It is a Media Production House and what I have actually started is the monitoring on everyone and some tests plus lectures. Have you referred book on marketing by Philip Kotler? It is bible of topics on marketing. There is a chapter devoted on this topic. Once you go through it, you will come to know everything.
Some 2-3 years ago my article titled "Role of HR in Brand Management" was published. However, branding or brand management are primarily marketing concepts. For HR these are secondary. Therefore, you may go through my article but I recommend referring that book first.
