Dear Sir/Madam, I, Anjali Babani, am a student of Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at Jankidevi Institute of Management Studies (SNDT University). I have compiled a questionnaire on "employer branding." I am attaching the questionnaire along with the methodology of my study in this email. I request you to kindly go through these two documents and suggest any changes that you think I should make to my research or methodology. I am allowed to conduct a survey either on different employees from diverse companies or different employees from the same company. I also request you to please be my mentor and guide me through this study; being my mentor would only require you to go through my study, ask me to make changes whenever you feel I am making mistakes, and approve the study when it's completed. I perceive this study to take about 2 months or so (unofficially) depending upon the sample size that I take up and also the availability of the sample population. I would be very grateful to you should you decide to be my mentor.
Thanking you,
Yours sincerely, Anjali Babani [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons]/[Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons]

Hey Anjali, good job! You have done a great job and been very specific, but the question is: what is EMPLOYER BRANDING? This is a very important question in today's corporate world, and everyone must know about this concept.
What is Employer Branding?
Brands are among a firm's most valuable assets, and as a result, brand management is a key activity in many firms. Although firms commonly focus their branding efforts on developing product and corporate brands, branding can also be used in the area of human resource management and at the level of PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, which are also parts of HRD. The application of branding principles to human resource management has been termed "employer branding."
Increasingly, firms are using employer branding to attract recruits and ensure that current employees are engaged in the culture and strategy of the firm. Employer branding is defined as "a targeted, long-term strategy to manage the awareness and perceptions of employees, potential employees, and related stakeholders regarding a particular firm."
The employer brand portrays an image showing the organization as a great place to work.
I have also enclosed some documents for your perusal, and I hope this will help you improve it or use it for this purpose or to understand the concept of Employer Branding. Also, you must go through the following link:
