Hi Everyone, I'm working as HRBP for a reputed Agritech company and we want to design a safety policy and plan to make sure the safety of our employees travelling on the field through 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler, can anyone from the same domain suggest how we can make a plan, like mandatory helmet during the field visit and sharing safety poster and training we can conduct.
