Hi, I have joined an NGO which comes under Companies Act 25 at the post of HR-Executive. I have only 6 months exp as a Generalist in my previous firm, and 1.6yrs exp in recruitment. It is required of me to make HR policies, and other formats like Offer Letter/No Dues Certificate/Appraisal Letters/Contractual Employee Offer letter etc,. for my current organization.
I do not have any help from a HR consultant or so. Can you please share HR Policies with me that will be applicable to my current organization.
