Dear Members,
I have made an attendance sheet which can be usable at small firms or branch offices. The sheet is locked to save formulas. On 1st sheet you can mark attendance by providing necessary details and the attendance would be marked twice a day. Once in arrival and second at departure. The second sheet would be filled in automatically to provide you the details of leaves marked in the first sheet individually. Let me know if anyone have got questions.
Thanks.

Dear Rashi,
Late comings and early goings policies vary company to company due to which that can't be incorporated in standard format. However if you need any individual help on that then mark me an email on stating your policy which I would try to put in the sheet for you.

Ya i agree...actually our office timings are 10.30am to 6.30am, but even in our office der r staffs who come at 11.30am bt leave at 9 or 10pm. So, we can't mark them late.
Actaully, I have joined this orgainization a week back as an Administrator. Its a small architectural firm consisting of 13staffs and 3consultants.My role here is to handle the entire office, admin and hr. But they haven't given me a particular job profile as such. I have no idea of what my daily routine would be. When asked to my employer they replied that I am supposed to plan and work on my own.
Also, it’s a small non-private firm which has only 15employees so they do not have any HR Dept as such.
Hence, I have been asked to formulate new HR Policies, Rules & Regulations for the company.
They provide 15national holidays,Casual leaves-7 & Sick Leaves-8.
They do not have any provision of Provident Fund,Medical Insurance,LTA etc.
The employers are good but are very concerned about punctuality and discipline in the office & want me to improve the efficiency of the staff.
I worked a lot on this and have made some hr policies and circular for discipline.
Enclosed please find herewith the attachment of the same.
I will be highly obliged if I could get some suggestions for the same as to how can I improve and add value to this firm. Also, on my routine work.
Looking forward for your favourable reply.

Dear Rashi,
This is good one which you have made. Only points needs to worked upon. Please discuss this with your company management as this is not with legal complaint.
1) Management, work for such further period over and beyond such normal working hours, without being entitled to any extra remuneration.
----Here you cant ask the employees to work beyond the normal 9 hours of working and if required then salary should be paid double the normal rate on hourly basis.
2) When payment in lieu of notice is offered either by the Management or the employee, the notice pay shall mean the consolidated salary only and does not include cash equivalent of any perquisites, allowances, bonus, etc.
-------- Here the basic salary is to be recovered in case the employee leaves the company without notice.

Hi There,
Would you please care to share the password of the attendance worksheet? That's how I wanted to create an attendance excel but couldn't due to lack of knowledge. It would be much appreciated if you email me the password at syedyounus.pasha@gmail.com.
Thanks!
