I am currently working in a IT & BPO Company in Mumbai as Executive-HR & Admin. I have done MBA in HR. I want to know what are the growth prospect in IT & BPO company.Also tell me which one is the best industry for HR career, I mean Best paying industry also.

Every industry has growth prospect. No one can say that any particular industry is the best or the industry is best paying. You must be agreed that Growth & Pay both depends upon one's knowledge, experience, performance etc. Hard work is the only key of success and there is no alternate.

Can you please just suggest a Good department which has growth. I am in Retail banking sector and if you ask me I will tell you to select the BFSS or Invesment banking, Trade or Wealth management since it has good future and will suggest not to go with Retail since it's more data oriented. Likewise you too can seperate the department isn't it.... Please suggest
