I want to know if an employee is working with the organization wherein the employee was on sabbatical leave for a particular time frame after the employee joins and plan to leave after couple of months or may be years do we produce two experience letter or one?

You may give only one certificate in which you can specify the sabbatical leave period. Varghese Mathew

One needs to produce only one experience letter; the subsequent or the latest one.
I think you are referring to the one which may have been given to you earlier, before proceeding on Sabbatical leave.
