I'm new in the position for admin assistant manager to one ID fit-out company.
My Scope of Work yet to steps into HR side, however i think i might to venture into this part, as a back-up.
May i know is there any sample for the appointment letter for a new employee? and the terms & conditions? should it be set up based on the employment act of the country ?
