Dear Pandeysupriya,
Annual gross is 150000/-. Average is Rs.18000/- pm which may include monthly earnings and other than monthly earnings such as LTA, Medical, Bonus etc.
You want to exclude the employee from PF. His Basic + DA should be more than Rs. 6500/- pm and he should be eligible to be an excluded employee within the meaning under Para 2(f) of EPF Scheme. To know the term 'excluded employee' you are requested to do research on this site and read my postings in this regards.
To exclude an employee from ESI, you should keep the monthly gross more than Rs. 15000/-. If HRA Act is applicable to your State and your company, you need to pay HRA accordingly. Rest you adjust in some other allowance or allowances as per your will or policy.
