i need to work on project that should be relevant to health care sector since i am doing my internship in a corporate office of a health care hospital. i am doing my MBA and am in final year. please help me with a topic i could work on.

my area of interest is Learning and Development .But, as the hospital unit of hospital where i intern does not have a training mechanism . its corporate office situated in a different place handles it( this hospital has a centralized work culture)
Also, about my guide. He has given me the freedom to choose my topic according the scope of studies.
Here i am given access to almost all HR files and documents.

Hi Komal,
You are interested in Learning & Development. So you can choose something in that. You said they don't have training mechanism as such. You can take it up as your project if you want. There must be some training happening to the non clinical employees. Check out how they do training and how are clinical and non clinical training happening and segregated. How does it effect to the growth of the employees, nurses and other staff?
