Can anyone please share their organization's (ITES sector)Induction Process in detail (including the facilities provided to the employees).
I am required to do the study regarding it as a part of my project work and submit the report.So,please help me out on this.

Induction process is post recruitment process
day one when a new employee comes to premises.
Greet them well.
1. Have a welcoming note at reception, with their names typed on it.
2. Once they get one of the HR should go and tell them, where is pantry , or which number to dial for pantry services.
3.In case they need any help to whom they should contact in HR.
4. As the staff from core will be busy in distributing the Joining Kit containing the FORM like.
1. PF application form.
2. Undertaking if any.
3. Bank account application.
4. HR Handbook, which include a brief history of company, Who are key people in the organisation.Leave & Travel Policy, company ethics, dress code...etc.
5. Form of personal detail of an employee, family mebers, hobbies....etc
Free lunch should be hosted for new joinees
Post Lunch HR Induction should begin
Containing the welcoming note.
Brief detial of company,
what is the brand value,
what are the produts of the company( without going into technical nitygrity)
what the achievements of the organization
What is the HR Philosophy of the organization.
HR Function in an organization, specially the referral bonus, recruitment, appraisal & Exit clause should be expressed in detail
leave policy should be explained in detail, specially leave on PRO-Rata basis.
If any reimbursement , linked to salary is existing then it should be discussed in detail.
Ask for their feed back on HR Induction, have a questioner designed for it.
If you are IT company have short Technical induction
about technical Do/Don'ts in the organization, which should be conducted by System-Admin person

To be specific i require any of the BPO firm's induction process in detail, i mean the detailed procedure of the induction programme of that firm like how much is duration of the programme ,what do they do,what kind of facilities are provied and all that.So, it would be glad if you can help me out on this.
