I am working in three shift rotation. The shift timings are 8 am to 4 pm, 4 pm to 12 mid night & 12 mid night to 8 am. Some times I have to work for 24 hrs a day if my releaver does not turn up on duty. Request you to kindly give me the information about the Maximum working hours per day as per indian labour law
If I work for 24 hrs for a day please specify whether I am elegible for dues from employer / insurance company if any mishap happens.

Dear Kishore,
As u state and as per my thinking that it is your first mistake mean they can give you first letter regarding nonperformance, actually you as per rule they cant laps your job without third letter so i think you have two chance for take improvement in your performance.
best of luck,
regards
