There is no separate law for private sector, the MB Act is common to all.

Maternity leave has been increased to 26 weeks. A creche facility is to be provided by the employer if more than 50 workers are employed. Additionally, every new female worker needs to be informed about the benefits under the act. These three provisions were introduced by the 2017 Amendment Act.
