I am working in a Private Company from December, 2012. Before this, there is no HR Policy for our Engg. & Construction Pvt.Company. Recently, we have prepared / finalized our HR Policy in our Compnay. Accordingly, Chairman & Managing Director has approved the the said policy as well as LEAVE POLICY. Now, I want to distribute this leave policy for wide publicity among our employees internally. So, kindly provide me Covering Letter for circulating the LEAVE POLICY among the internal employees.
