I am recently joined in a company, where i deposited my original experience letter and i am here in training period. Now i got another better offer.
how would i get my relieving letter from newly joined company?

what would be the notice period in training period?
if it is not possible to get the relieving letter what can i do now?

There is no end to this process, every new company appears to be good as they pay on the basis of current salary.
How do you know that the offering company is a good company.
For your query it appears that you are not having much experience of the companies. Every company is as good as your current company & as bad as your current company.
I strongly advice against this as you do not know your current company fully & also do not know the new company also. A difference of few Rupees do not make a difference in the career.
It i your call.

Generally there is no notice required to be given in case you wish to leave during training period, unless specified in the Training letter issued to you if any.
Please clarify with your current HR. It is good ethics to honor the commitment you made to your current company when you joined in training.
However, if the new offer is much better and you do have to leave, offer to reimburse any costs incurred by your current company for your training. Be positive, ethical and have a heart to heart discussion with your HR.
