I have been working for for a Training company since may . Company\'s head office is in Newdelhi . The company opened it centre at Patna. I was appointed as English language Trainer.The company had given me a contract letter signed by the director. Due to some dispute between the company and the caretaker and investor of patna centre , company has closed her center ( i.e in Patna) . My last working day was 20th october 2012.The company gave me 20days notice by sending me a e-mail.Company hasn\'t given me salary for the month of september and 20days of Octber. My salary credit date is 20th of every month. I have been sending e-mail to my director and hr but not getting any proper reply.Ideally I should have received salary till 20th of october .Please guide what t do. Dear Rahul,
Suggest you visit the HO at New Delhi once - if feasible. Once you are aware of all the facts out there and sure about the reason which HR cites, you can take next step. You can also ask them about policy regarding termination of contract and if possible can they provide you with internal job posting.
