My husband died on 25/10/2012.He was working with Centum Learning Ltd. After that I applied for PF claim, Deposit linked insurance & Pension. But they told me that transfer pending from his previous company. Later it was fond that no amt was due in previous PF A/c. Again they gave me a name of a company where my husband was never worked. They continuosly told that Pf was not transferred from tha A/c. Then I gave affitative that my husband never worked there. But still I have n\'t received the dues. Kindly guide me.

Give me the details like PF number of your husband, Name and address of the Company, surviving family members etc. Have you contacted your company that your are not receiving PF claims ? Normally, Companies are having PF advisor. They can guide you. Nonetheless, you may contact me.
