Hi
I have joined this organsation few days back as an ex. Assistant and mainly been hired for MIS. It’s a PR agency and the person working on HR project asked me to assist him in his project as I m also pursuin my PGDHRM. So he is like this practical project will help me in my studies.
So he asked me to write the Job descriptions for Account executive, Sr. Account Executive, Account Manager & Account Director and I am completely naïve for all this. Can any of you please help me with the format and what can it be…..i mean if I can see a sample made for that.

Strategic Account Director

The Position:

The National Strategic Account Director will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Strategic Account Managers in order to maximize Roche Diagnostics’ revenue and profit forthe nationally targeted integrated health networks and other strategic opportunities. Provide a national approach to the identification, selection & implementation of the strategic account management process. Responsible and accountable for goal achievement within targeted integrated health network accounts and other strategic opportunities. Responsible for the leadership and management of all performance management processes, personnel strategies, selection, succession planning and development related to the Strategic Account Management team.

Qualifications include: BS or BA degree required, plus 7+ years of sales experience, to include a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated strategic selling success through a consistently disciplined process; diagnostic industry experience preferred. A proven track record in consistently achieving results compared to goals is also required. 3-5 years management experience with demonstrated success with project management and large account management experience.
