Dear Seniors,
I am working as a HR generalist. Its the duty of each HR porfessional to keep upgrading about the recent trends and changing trends in HR across various industries. As i am into IT industry currently i am not aware of the HR practices in other industries, i would like to be upgraded on the recent trends can anybody suggest me any monthly magazines which throws light about happening trends in HR.
I request all seniors to help me in this regard which would be helpful for many of the upcoming HR professionals.

Nice that you have shown interest. there are plenty of postings and new stuffs daily added up in the CiteHR. Swim across the ocean and get your choice read. You have to keep going thru the latest HR trends and of course, pls spend at least 1 hour in this site.
