There's nothing to worry about. Ur clues to this subject may be at HR department of BALCO. Also u may have to contact few of the other heads of departments and understand ' what makes them retain their talented employees ' . there is so much material that personnel department circulates inter deaprtmentally. Get to have a look at that stuff.
search web for any scripts on this topics. u may also find scripts in this forum maybe. . but u got to search patiently.

To do a project report u have to have to types of data
1. primary data
2. secondary data - which u might be aware of.
one of these data - u can collect from books, magazines, peiodicals, web site, newspaper etc etc.
and the other data - u have no other option, u have to take a practical approach ie. person to person. here u r doing a project on the said subject at a company, as u said balco, so u have to get detaials of ' how and wat ' are of balcos' approch to its employees in the process of talent retention. sorry, u may be knowing all this - but if balco is not supporting u , then, Nisha I think that u should change the company to do ur project.
It may not be easy - but u have to do it to finish ur report.
you may be knowing all this but there is very little wat i can do for u.
