Hi all!
I have to form a questionairre regarding the parameters considered most important for employees while rating a good employer. its very urgent. plz give me suggestions on the above and how can I put indirect questions on the questionairre.

1. What are the different sources of recruitment you look at? What type of recruitment procedures do you follow and why?

2. What do you think attracts and retains employees?

3. What are the different types of training and development programmes you follow? How often are they carried out?

7. How do you communicate your corporate culture, vision, mission and to your employees?

8. How does communication take place in the organization in the following cases:
