As per the latest rule, all the PF entries and transactions are online. If you are an establishment, you may have to use the website https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/ by giving Establishment ID and Password or if you are a member you have to use https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/ by UAN Number and Password instead.
For New Employee Registration- Form 5
To save TDS on the interest income on EPF- Form 15G
Auto transfer of EPF- Form 11
Claim as per the EDLI scheme Form 5(IF)
Declaration and Nomination form Form 2
EPF Account transfer- Form 13
Buying LIC Policy- Form 14
For EPF withdrawal- Form 31
For claiming monthly pension- Form 10D
For claiming withdrawal benefits/scheme certificate of EPS- Form 10C
Final Employees’ Provident Fund Settlement- Form 19
EPF Final settlement in case of death of the employee- Form 20
