i am persuing mba(2ndyear).i am doing internship in a consultency where i do recruitment. but the problem i am facing is finding the rite source. we are using job portles but still we are failing to get clousers. as in (ites)tough to do head hunting.so can u please help out to find any rite source for rite candidates.

In ITES, even you have access to job portals and their database access it is not easy to source until and unless u work smartly.
1. Learn how to use the portals and their value added features, like u can send mailers to potential candidates in one go and receive responses.
2. Take references from the contacted candidates
3. Post ads on the portals
4. Last but not the least, try to make out if the candidate is genuinely interested or not!
