Hi,
There are some pre-defined parameters, but it all depends on the policy of the company, like to give preference to local candidates first so the stability is more or the relocation problem is not faced for example.. Plz check the policy and other criteria. I am also in recruitment of pharma company only. Need more help den revert back or mail me on

We want to recruit people for Sales & MKtg. Dept. Like ZSM, DSM
RSM, Product Manager & Exe's etc.
write now we don't have any witten based parameters, Cud u send some recruitment evaluation form for written based parameter as well as face to fact interview parameters for evaluating the best canditure.
