I was wondering for the Recruitment Evaluation Format and how to calculate the percentage of hire or appointment in Microsoft Excel. I am aim to evaluate the effectiveness of Recruitment Process. My experience is a bit, junior level in HR field. That's why! Please give me advice!!!

Dear Aung,
Effectiveness of recruitment process can be measured on following counts:
a) Total recruitment expenses against total employee cost
b) Cost per hire
c) Number of vacancies filled within specified turnaround time
d) Number of newly joined employees met their KRA within first quarter or half-year
e) Number of terminations of newly hired persons due to poor performance in first six months
If you measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process on the above parameters, it is more than sufficient.
